The Testo 816-1 is an 8KHz sound level meter. It is an ideal instrument for the evaluation of sound level measurements. The fast/slow button enables you to set the measurement time between 1s and 125ms. The frequency analysis can be obtained from characteristic curve A to C where curve A corresponds to the sound pressure sensitivity of the human ear and curve C evaluates the low-frequency components of a sound. This meter can measure the sound levels between 30dB and 130dB. The 816-1 integrated data store allows storage of more than 30,000 measurement values that can be administered using the software included. Additionally, the supplied software allows online measurements over a longer period to be carried out. This device comes with a microphone, wind protection, PC software, connection cable, manual on CD, batteries and a system case.
