CH4 - methane / Cl2 = chlorine / ClO2 = chlorine dioxide / CO = carbon monoxide CO2 = carbon dioxide / ETO = ethylene oxide / H2S = hydrogen sulfide  
HCI = hydrogen chloride / HCN = hydrogen cyanide / N2 = nitrogen  
NH3 = ammonia / NO2 = nitrogen dioxide / O2 = oxygen / O3 = ozone
PH3 = phosphine / SO2 = sulfur dioxide / VOCs = volatile organic compounds
